At our salon, we value each and every client. To ensure a reasonable booking practice, booking deposits are required in order to help you secure your appointment. Booking deposits should be made at the time of your booking appointment. They can be made via online booking or bank transferring. If you have sent your deposit through and you would like to change your mind, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Otherwise your booking deposits will be forfeited.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments, feel free to notify us. We need at least 24 hour notice otherwise your booking deposits will be forfeited.

If you do not show up for your appointments and fail to notify us, you will incur a fee which is 50% of your appointment cost if you would like to have future bookings with us.
Refund is not provided in our salon if you change your mind. In some special circumstances, partial refund may be available.

If you had treatments done at another salon and are coming to us for a refill/touchup, it is best to give us a call to discuss further information.
